2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount at t789c is ৳300. Only the following mobile banking and bank transfer methods are accepted for deposits:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours, though identity verification or banking processes may add some extra time. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method in the user's own name.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not available. t789c is not responsible for any differences in conversion rates.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

t789c offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used for gaming or betting on the platform.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit for a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• t789c reserves the right to verify an account if bonus misuse is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

The t789c VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. t789c reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical issue, t789c reserves the right to review and correct it.

6.2 Pricing Errors

t789c reserves the right to void bets confirmed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds/prices. In such cases, the original staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Game Results

Results in live casino and slot games are determined by a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG). t789c does not alter game results and ensures fair play.

6.4 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, bets are generally completed automatically. If you wish to make a claim in such a situation, contact the support team within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Applying artificial or systematic betting strategies for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other users.
